I made a summery sailor tinged outfit with cats! I really hope I can get this dress in black/purple someday. I sold this one but at least now I know it fits. Tiered skirts are so fluffy and fun to wear. I got the necklace at a convention last year and I like wearing it with cute and normie clothes alike!
