I wanted to make a coordinate with this dress before I sell it. I have a hard time resisting candy prints. The thing I love most about the print is the star candies. I wanted the red colorway but it was sold out by the time I was ready to buy, so I put red things with this one instead! I still want the red OP if I see it again. I got the boots secondhand online and then discovered when they arrived that the glue on them is really brittle, and now the heels are coming off the soles just from trying them on. :( At least they fit? I’m planning to take them to a shoe repair shop to see if they can help me.

The glittery cherry necklace is from a recent trip to the Angelic Pretty San Francisco store. I love that the stems form a heart. Still trying to figure out how to work it into things. It didn’t quite fit into a black+red coordinate because of the white beads but it seems better here.

I got the blouse custom sized and ordered it through LolitaWardrobe. I was pleasantly surprised by their thoughtful and attentive customer service and give them a hearty thumbs up. I am well aware that resellers are generally more expensive than a shopping service but sometimes it’s worth it to make sure your custom sizing information gets communicated correctly. I had to wait 3 months for it, but I think it’s because I ordered a bunch of other custom sized stuff at the same time. The blouse itself is nice quality and quite comfy. Despite getting it custom sized there’s an XXL size tag on it…so I’m not sure if Surface Spell Gothic makes XXL size things regularly. It’s a cool white tone. There is still some blue tailor’s chalk on the button holes and front trims but supposedly it will wash out. My favorite part is the embroidered cross lace.
