A simpler coordinate I made for trying out Meta’s high collar A line cut. The overall look I was going for was that of a young girl doll. I think the lace up socks, not fitted dress cut, voluminous ruffly mop-like headdress, and rabbit bag all help contribute to that feeling. I waited until I found this cut for cheap to try it out because was really unsure whether the high collar would fit around my neck, but to my pleasant surprise, it does! I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone with a neck larger than mine, though. I was underwhelmed by the Noble Tea Party print in pictures but I liked it a lot more after I saw it in person. It’s elegant and a little sweet. The background shade of lavender is warm and tinged with pink and the white on the print is also warm toned, but the white trims are cool toned, and I’ve found it pairs well with either kind of white. My headdress is ivory but the background of my socks is white, and the rabbit bag is somewhere in between, lol.

The rabbit bag is my birthday present to myself. I’m looking forward to sweetening up lots more classic coordinates with it. Putumayo may have gone out of business but thankfully the company who manufactured these bags for them is still out there.

Let's talk about this headdress. It’s got one of my very favorite old Meta laces on it. It is cotton eyelet lace with their winged rose cross motif embroidered in, and I recently found it in an issue of the Gothic and Lolita Bible from 2002!

I have worn this wig a couple of times now and I am in love with the color. It reminds me of my sister because her hair looked like this once upon a time.

I named this coordinate after seeing the worn pictures. I love how the summery greens and warm afternoon light were captured. My yard is not exactly a forest but it does have a lot of mature trees for general shade with constantly shifting light like a forest would have.
