Happy new year! This is what I wore on the last night of 2019. The nighttime cityscape and fireworks dress seemed like an appropriate choice for New Year's Eve.

As has become tradition, I went with my partner and friends to the bowling alley in fancy clothes. We made up names for each other for the score card, stuffed the jukebox with nostalgic and silly tunes, and played Dance Dance Revolution because the arcade had it. I had JUST been thinking about it the day before, so I was especially excited to get to play! We then retired to one of the friends' houses to watch Most Extreme Challenge (MXC, a comedic overdub of an old Japanese game show called Takeshi's Castle) and wait for midnight.
