Sea themed coordinate for Bay Area Kei’s Sea of Serenity virtual fashion walk! I had been looking for this colorway of the Rondo of Jellyfish dress for close to a year, and as luck would have it, it popped up for sale just in time for the event. For anyone wondering, the violet color IS just as vibrant in person! It's absolutely beautiful.

Since the dress has so many bright colors, pretty details, and a busy print, I kept the legwear and many other details relatively toned down to let it shine, but custom made this fancy mermaidy tiara with starfish shaped crystal dangles, and the veil (also handmade) is meant to mimic a floaty jellyfish.
