Purple's making a comeback this summer, at least in my life. It was my favorite color as a kid and I lost it somewhere along the way but this summer especially, I've come to love it again. You’ve seen Rosy Gem in black, now get ready for purple! I slept on this print when it was first released, then bought it in May this year when I saw it secondhand, and when I saw that Metamorphose was rereleasing it this summer I fell in love hard with the purple colorway. Had to have it. I already knew I liked this dress cut too because the JSK cut of the first release of Sacred Magic Item Collection is the same and I have that one. I could not be happier with it.
I went fairly monochromatic with the coordinating this time, but I'm also excited to try coording this with red/black/gold in the future! And if I get to take photos in an apple orchard, even better.
