The title refers to the school year restarting in Japan (typically in April as the cherry blossoms bloom) and the dress reminds me of a school uniform. I was waiting and waiting for my crab apple tree to bloom again so I could take a photo with it in this dress. It's already a bit warm for long sleeves (somewhat unusual for where I live) but I love how the color of the dress looks against the blossoms. I never liked spring much as a kid because the weather was not great for playing outside but as an adult I keep finding more things to love about it.
