I've always loved this print (Metamorphose's Marguerite Wreath) but none of the cuts would fit me as-is, so for a long time I was mentally resigned to never getting to wear it. But I had some good luck last summer. Two of the OPs in my favorite colorway went up for sale on Closet Child right next to each other, and I knew what I had to do: buy them both and get them made into a bigger dress. Thistledown Emporium made my dream come true, and the fit is amazing. Putting on something that fits *you* in all the right places is absolutely magical. Small adjustments can be a powerful thing.

I wore this with minor changes for the Bay Area Kei Jelly Bowl mixer virtual meetup in July 2021 (different shoes, mostly).
